Paper submission

Presenting & Corresponding Authors Contact Responsibilities
The person who submits papers must sign up and he or she has to identify the presenting and corresponding authors when submitting abstracts. They will serve as the primary contacts on the paper.

Abstract Paper Submission Instruction
The conference abstract should be submitted to the conference secretariat by Sep 30, 2017. Submission will be available at the Website.
The maximum length of your abstract is 1 page.

Abstract Acceptance Notice
All applicant will be notified of their acceptance by email, no later than Oct 15, 2017.
Full Paper Submission Instruction
The paper should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat by Nov 8, 2017. Submission will be available only through the Website. Please note that your paper may be returned if it is not formatted according to the required format.
The maximum length of the paper is 4 pages. Please download the paper template at the below.
Confirmation of Paper Submission
An acknowledgement of E-submission will be automatically sent to the submitter, corresponding author by e-mail upon completion of online submission. This letter is not an acceptance notification but a notification of your submission details. It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgements and carefully review the submitted papers(s), noting that in some cases during the submission process, characters become illegible.
Paper Acceptance Notice
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission by e-mail, no later than Nov 15, 2017.
All author presenting either oral or poster session must complete early-registration online and remit the required registration fee in order to remain on the final program. No exceptions will be made.
Modification
You can review, modify or update your paper(s) at My page on the website after log in by November 30, 2017
Presenting & Corresponding Authors Contact Responsibilities
   All presentations should be made using English language.
   Microsoft PowerPoint 2010/2013 is recommendable for presentation file(s).
   When building your presentation, all files (PowerPoint and external, i.e. movie files) associated with your presentation must
    reside in the same folder.
   Be sure to bring your movie files along with your PowerPoint presentation; they are NOT embedded into the PowerPoint.
    To ensure the best chance of success, please create your movies as MPEGs.
   If transferring a presentation from a Macintosh environment to a PC platform, it is imperative that you review your Presentation
    in the Preview Room.
   We do not recommend using your own laptop to avoid problems with computer projector compatibility and to save otherwise be
    needed for changing connection. However, if you plan to use your personal laptop, please bring it to the Preview Room to confirm
    display compatibility with the supplied equipment in each session room.
